Click & Collect is available in our stores in Avignon and Aix-en-Provence.
Family 3.0 is contractually bound with La Poste for classic shipments in France and Europe, as well as for delivery to a Pickup point (France only). Delivery within 48 to 72 hours in France, within 5 to 9 days abroad.
Family3.0 also offers worldwide express delivery via DHL.
The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
In the event of difficulties during your delivery, we undertake to keep you informed of them.

Please note that depending on the country of delivery selected, you may be required to pay local taxes and customs duties on receipt of your order, for which Family3.0 cannot be held responsible.
Refusal to pay these fees will result in total cancellation of the order.
Return costs linked to a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the bought product, Family 3.0 makes a commitment to exchange to you or refund your money. Return costs are FREE in France (except sales & discount periods), and payable by the customer abroad.
You have a deadline of 14 days from the date of reception to send back us products.
You beforehand have to send the box to the address : 9 Place Crillon, 84000 AVIGNON
Damaged or incomplete articles will not be refund.
