Click&Collect is available in our stores in Avignon and Aix-en-Provence.
Family 3.0 is contractually linked with UPS for standard shipments in France and Europe,
as well as for delivery to Access Point (France only).
Delivery within 48 to 72 hours in France, within 5 to 9 days abroad.
Family 3.0 also offers Express delivery via DHL worldwide.
The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is in your hands
from the carrier, delivery time may vary.
If there are any difficulties with your delivery, we undertake to keep you informed of these.

Europe (EU): Home delivery within 5 to 9 days €15 incl. VAT (Free for purchases over €350*)
Europe outside the EU**: Home delivery within 5 to 9 days €20 incl. VAT (Free from €350 purchase*)

France: Next day home delivery before 6 p.m. €18 incl. VAT
Europe (EU): Home delivery within 2 to 5 days €35 excluding VAT
Europe outside the EU*: Home delivery within 2 to 5 days €45 excluding VAT
Rest of the world: Home delivery within 2 to 5 days €60 excluding VAT
Please note: for shoes, a maximum of 4 pairs per international order.

Please note that depending on the delivery country selected, you may be required to pay local taxes and customs duties upon receipt of your order, for which Family3.0 cannot be held responsible.
In the event of refusal or failure to pay customs duties, import taxes or fees required by local authorities upon delivery, and if the package is returned to www.family3-0.com, the fees charged to the sender (including return shipping costs and unpaid customs duties) will be automatically deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
Reimbursement, if applicable, will only be made after receipt of the package by our logistics department and verification of its condition.
