Delivery
Click & Collect is available in our Avignon and Aix-en-Provence stores. Family 3.0 is contractually partnered with UPS for standard shipping within France and Europe, as well as for Access Point delivery (France only). Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours within France and 5 to 9 days for international orders. Family 3.0 also offers Express worldwide delivery via DHL. Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. Please allow up to 7 days for order processing. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary.
For Access Point deliveries, if the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected on time by the customer, the order will be processed as a customer return and you will be refunded (excluding shipping fees). If you wish to have the parcel resent, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs again. In case of any issues with your delivery, we are committed to keeping you informed.

Europe (EU): Home delivery within 5–9 days €15 VAT incl. (Free for orders over €350*)

France: Home delivery next day before 6 PM €18 VAT incl.
Europe (EU): Home delivery within 2–5 days €35 excl. VAT

Rest of the world: Home delivery within 2–5 days €60 excl. VAT

Please note that depending on the selected delivery country, you may be required to pay local taxes and customs duties upon receipt of your order, for which Family 3.0 cannot be held responsible.
In case of refusal or non-payment of customs duties, import taxes, or any fees required by local authorities upon delivery, and if the parcel is returned to www.family3-0.com, any costs charged to the sender (including return fees and unpaid customs duties) will automatically be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued once the parcel has been received by our logistics department and its condition has been verified.
