You have a right of return of up to 14 days following delivery of your purchase. Any return beyond this period will be refused.

Any return not submitted through our return portal cannot be taken into account.
Returns to France are at the customer's expense at a cost of €4.50 in France to cover shipping costs.

We invite you to pay the price of your return label at a preferential rate directly via our dedicated platform. A return label will then be sent to you.
Please protect your return package well and include the labels and other documents present in the original package, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return request.
Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you in their original condition at your expense. You will have two months to arrange for return shipping after discussing the matter with our team.
Returns related to non-payment of customs duties or import taxes:
In the event of refusal or failure to pay customs duties, import taxes or fees required by local authorities upon delivery, and if the package is returned to www.family3-0.com, the fees charged to the sender (including return shipping costs and unpaid customs duties) will be automatically deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
Reimbursement, if applicable, will only be made after receipt of the package by our logistics department and verification of its condition.
If you wish to return an item due to an obvious error on our part, please provide the specific reason
of your return and attach a photo to your request. Our team will process your request as soon as possible and send you a return voucher if your request is accepted.
